***In 2019, the Secretary of State changed the size requirements for the coat of arms. The new requirements are as stated: The seal must consist of the coat of arms of the state within a circle that is AT LEAST ¾ inches, but NOT LARGER THAN 1” and surrounded by the words “notary public,” “notary seal” OR words to that effect. Also, the Name of the notary public and the words “State of Ohio.” All of our Ohio notary stamps and embossers meet these requirements.
