Description
Embossing seals make a raised impression on the paper. They do not contain ink. Embossed imprints may be darkened with a seal impression inker.
The seal samples show "State at Large, Kentucky". This wording can be changed to "Kentucky - Special Commission" at no extra charge, if needed.
